| Our first company (The eastern company for trade and industry- Emara Brothers), started by Mr. Said Emara in 1943, at Mit Ghamr in El Dakahlia. It had a handmade wooden looms factory. |

| In 1951, The Company moved to Cairo, specifically, in Shubra el Kheima, Begam road, Emara Sons Street, on about 5ooo meters square, in its place now. The looms had changed to automatic mechanical looms. The company's factory had contained 136 automatic looms, 2 warping machines, and 2 sizing machines. There were 192 employers in the factory and the production capacity was 4500,000 meters. |

| Then we have established a new unit for producing lumps, fabrics (blank and fancy), and…etc. we also have added new Vamatex machines that work by computers to produce 480 tons annually of towels, scarves, and bath robes,…etc. Also we added 30 looms sulzer for producing 1000,000 meter lumps annually. |

Also, we added a new unit contains 20 picanol airjet looms, with width 190 cm, to produce 2000,000 meters of cotton and blended fabrics.
The company also contains a small unit for producing fabrics brushes from Vamatex Gykard looms.
Now, the company contains 100 employers, technicians, and administrators.
